Finally the time has come...
DEEP WATER SOLOING

One of the most beautiful secluded beaches we've ever been to: Cala Varques

The nude/topless culture was interesting... it was funny seeing naked snorkelers swim by..we won't say whether we participated but let's just say we embraced the culture

There was a whole bohemian hammock village that lived on the beach that Ryman and I are considering being a part of long-term

A few of the climbing caves

The 55 foot cliff we jumped off!
It's a crazy adrenaline rush and we've been enjoying expanding our concept of what we think is scary

Ryman jumped off and I heard a large thud and what looked like a semi semi belly flop, he then appeared at the surface looking out of it and said  “I feel  like a chiropractor cracked my neck in 80 different places in a spit second”...he is recovering but doing well and will jump again soon! His throat isn't bruised anymore..it only took a few weeks. He says sorry mom.

Deep water Soloing in the Metro-sexual Cave

Deep water soloing is definitely super fun but more dangerous than regular climbing because if you fall wrong you risk collapsed lungs and what not
(but we were careful)

A 50 foot cliff we climbed

a guy just about to eat it :/...oh and ryman in his undies

And finally a video!
So much technical difficulties with our weak netbook but here it is:

Our Travel Plans... Meet Us Somewhere!

Hola it's me Reezy!

First blog post... kinda nervous! just gonna make it short and sweet.

Okay well here it goes.

Here's the main idea
The rest of Asia will come later...

So we are gonna be going to a lot of places and be meeting new people and doing a lot of cool new things but it would be awesome to hangout in these cool places with good old friends and family so if you need a vacation or are already planning a vacation why not coordinate it with our trip a little and we can spend and few days in Vienna together, or a day in Rome at the Coliseum, or maybe on a trek through the Thai jungles on elephant back (Sunny and Kat are already on that band-wagon).

We have already met up with a ridiculously large amount of close friends and would like to keep it going.

If you have already been to these places and have some killer trip beta (climbing jargon), and want to spread the knowledge please do, restaurants, sights, cheap/free places to stay anything would be great.

We just arrived in Barcelona today and have about 5 days here, I hear it is all about Gaudi

Majorca Week 1 Continued!

This week we got to spend a lot of time with friends...

.
We drove to Palma twice to see Mi-ae and her family, which is a scary 1.5 hour scooter ride to the other side of the island on highways with speed limits of 120km when our scooter maxes out at 85km eek!!

Sharing the richest hot chocolate known to man and fresh pastry ensimadas...a Spanish specialty

Walking through the narrow streets of Spain
Majorca is one of the cleanest places i've seen.
The cobblestone floors in Palma are swept twice a day

Palma Castle

Cuties at the Palma Cathedral

Shortly after our visit, Mi-ae decides to come to our side of the island and we spend the day in the beautiful town of Cala Sant Vincenc.

A stormy day doesn't let us enjoy our daily beach time in the sun but served for some beautiful photos.

Mi-ae rock climbing whaa??

It's only fitting

Very Very Scary

On a more exciting/scary note, two kayakers were being tossed around in 10 foot waves and all the lifeguard could do was blow his whistle because lord knows he wasn't going in that ocean! But thank god they made it to shore alright and weren't thrown against the nearby rocks that looked like where their fate was heading.

The next day we found Esther, Anya, Sara, and Kyla in Majorca! Coincidence, I think not!

Getting tapas in Port de Pollenca with the girls...and Ryman!

Alwaysss climbing stuff while intoxicated, sounds like a bad combo, and I was definitely not the one encouraging it...

Climbing all the way home

Like omg are we seriously wearing the same dress

After we got the partying out of us
we needed to get some climbing done

We packed in the car and headed for deep water soloing

Kyla lookin like a diva

Due to ridiculously strong waves we were unfortunately unable to climb and the girls couldn't experience Majorca's world class deep water soloing

After our failed attempt we decided to stick to climbing off the ground

Sara looking over our area of Pollenca

Ryman nearly kiking me in the face

(Unfortunately, we didn't capture any photos of the girls climbing)

Anyhoo, we had amazing success at deepwater soloing a few days ago and have awesome pics and videos soon to come!
