Ryman's Uncle, Alfred, has 3 amazing gardens full of herbs, fruit and vegetables that we ate from everyday. With an endless supply of figs, Alfred constantly thought of new ways to use them and we were the lucky guinea pigs :)

We said goodbye to Spain and headed for Liechtenstein for a few days. Ryman's mommy just happened to be there and she nursed us back to health.

Real Apple Streudel...to die for

After some intense R & R, we were ready to hit the road...or the sky? 

      ****Croatia****

After being in the airport all night we set out to catch a ferry to the small Croatian island of Hvar. After a few hours we arrived in Hvar and with no working phone attempted to find Ryman's Uncle (of whom neither recognized). Two hours later it was clear that we were at the Hvar port on Hvar Island and not Starigrad port on Hvar island...dead tired we were picked up and driven to the cutest old town filled with gardens and fruit trees, with a 7 course fresh feast waiting for us.
